We want to make sure that you and all other guests are provided with a quality experience which is both timely and professional. To ensure reliable and consistent services for all of our guests, please be aware of the following booking and appointment policies.

If you have questions prior to booking please Contact Us.  Must be over 16 or have parental consent. If you are booking an appointment for the first time, you will be asked to provide your full name, the best telephone number and email address at which to contact you. If you do not wish to leave this information please contact Lash Fox Beauty by phone or text.

Appointment Confirmations & Reminders

If we have your email address on file, we will do our best to give you an appointment confirmation, as well as an appointment reminder 24 hours in advance. We are not responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly or should you forget your appointment or mix up the time. If you have any questions about your scheduled appointment time please contact.

24 Hour Policy for Changes or Cancellations:

If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid additional charges:

– Missed appointments (NO SHOWS)- will be charged in full and a 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking your next appointment.

– Late Cancellations – appointments canceled or changed within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service.

*If you regularly give us less than 24 hours notice or don’t show up without calling, please expect that we will require pre-payment before we will book you in again.*

Late Arrivals:

Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of the service fee, per our No Show cancellation policy (see above).

Location Information:

Parking is available in the lot, please only park in designated Visitor Parking. The 1 hour sign is not applicable to clients. The building does not have an elevator, and Lash Fox Beauty is located on the second floor. Please note the building is dog friendly, and there may be dogs in the hallway, stairwell and/or parking lot. Please let yourself into the studio, remove your shoes and have a seat if no one is available to greet you at arrival. Please do not arrive earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment in respect for the client before you.

1 Person Max per Room:

For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow any guest into the service rooms. Your guest may sit in the waiting area, but must be able to be sit quietly with no supervision during the duration of the appointment.
*Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the service room for their safety, and in accordance to our insurance. If you bring a child with you who is under the age of 12 without prior approval, your appointment will be canceled and late cancellation fee will be charged.

Satisfaction Policy:

If you have any issues or concerns after your session is complete, please inform Lash Fox Beauty as soon as possible. We can address most issues at no charge within two (2) days of your appointment, provided that you have followed proper after-care instructions. Any service follow-ups after the 2 day window will incur a charge.

Makeup Removal Charge:

Please arrive without any eye makeup and do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment. If at all possible, avoid applying mascara on the day of your appointment. If you do have mascara on, make sure to wash it off thoroughly before your appointment time, and do not use an oil-based makeup remover, as leftover oil residue may result in premature shedding due to a weaker bond between the extensions and your natural lashes. Do not use waterproof mascara or eyeliner. There is a $5 fee if our technician has to remove eye makeup, and it will be considered part of your allotted appointment time.

Lash Appointment Reminders

– It is recommended that contact lenses are not worn during lash applications. Please bring along a contact lens case with solution to store your lenses during your appointment. You may replace your contact lenses immediately following your appointment.

– DO NOT wear eye makeup, mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, etc. to your appointment, as makeup residue may prevent your lash application from properly adhering. Please see above regarding charges for makeup removal.

– For best results lashes must not contact steam (steam room/sauna/hot showers or baths etc.) for 24 hrs following application. Therefore, appointments should be scheduled 2 – 3 days prior to big events {weddings, travel, etc.}.

– No services will be applied on persons under the age of 16 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

– Eyelash extensions cannot be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesive {band-aids, etc.}

– Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on, in or affecting the eye area in advance.

– Avoid caffeine/energy drinks/stimulants for a minimum of 3 hours prior to your appointment. Caffeine causes the eye to flutter which can cause irritation (as the eye will not be fully closed) and/or poor retention as a solid bond cannot be created if the lash is moving.

Lash Fills:

If at any time you have less than 30% of extensions per eye, the purchase of a full set will be required.

– We cannot guarantee the work of other salons; if you already have eyelash extensions from another salon, there may be additional fees if the lash extensions were not applied correctly and need to be removed. A full set must then be purchased.

– Your natural lashes shed on a regular basis. To maintain the look of your full set, fills are recommended every two – three weeks. Our technicians can only work with whatever time has been booked. If your lashes need some extra love please book extra time. You will not be charged if the time is not used.

Eyebrow Tinting Services:

Please arrive without any brow makeup or creams on or near the brow area. If you do have brow makeup, make sure to wash it off thoroughly before your appointment time. There is a $5 fee if our technician has to remove makeup from the brow area, and it will be considered part of your allotted appointment time.

Body Sugaring Services:

Pre Sugaring
Come with clean skin; free from creams, lotions, deodorant and perfumes
– Come with a minimum of 1/8″ of growth which is about the length of a grain of rice (7-10 days of growth)
– Please refrain from exfoliating your skin for 48 hours before your service
– Please be aware that skin that has been sunburned or treated with professional products like Retin-A cannot be sugared
Post Sugaring
Sugaring removes your hair and dead skin cells- leaving you with fresh, beautifully smooth skin so for the best results…
– No hot showers for 12 hours after your appointment
– No workouts for 12 hours after your appointment
– No tanning for 24 hours after your appointment
– Use our Dead Sea Salts
– Please exfoliate two days after your service and every other day after that
– Keep your skin hydrated with an all natural lotion
– Enjoy your silky smooth, hair free skin!

Spray Tan Services:

Pre Tan
Come with clean skin; free from creams, lotions, deodorant and perfumes
– Exfoliate and shave/wax 24 hours prior to spray tan
-Avoid skin care products with contain excessive amounts of oil and/or are oil based
-Arrive for your Spray Tan with dry hair, as wet hair may drip onto your skin and cause an un-even result.
-Avoid wearing white (or your best!) underwear as our Spray Tanning solutions may mark the garments, although in most cases the tanning solution we use will wash out of your clothing. We can provide you with disposable garments if required.
-Bring loose clothing and flip flops with you to wear after your Spray Tan

Post Tan
-Avoid wearing bra straps after your Spray Tanning treatment as this may affect the results.
-Avoid exercise straight after your Spray Tan, as you do not want to sweat the developing tan away.
-Avoid water until after your first shower.
-After your first shower, keep your skin really well moisturized with an oil-free product.
-Try to avoid long hot baths and/or showers as this may shorten the life of your Spray Tan.
-Avoid saunas, steam rooms and chlorinated swimming pools as these luxuries promote skin exfoliation.
*Remember  – your Spray Tan does not contain an SPF, please wear an oil-free protection

No Refunds on Gift Cards or Services.

Refund, Exchange or Store Credit available on retail products only, within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in sell able condition: unopened, unused and in undamaged original packaging.
