Due to COVID-19 Lash Fox Beauty has implemented the following procedures.
Before Booking please review the following:
*Please note- these policies supersede our standard studio policies. Anything noted there that is not modified here is still in effect*
If you are sick or showing symptoms (cough, fever, sneezing, sore throat), or if anyone in your family or personal bubble has been sick, you must reschedule your appointment
Scheduled appointments only, no walk-ins
There is no waiting area available inside the studio. Please do not enter the studio more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive early please stay in your vehicle and do not enter the building.
Absolutely no guests. No one may come to your appointment with you, unless they are willing to sit in the vehicle. (If a guardian or assistant is required please let me know at time of booking)
Please limit the personal belongings you bring inside the studio with you.
Contactless greetings. Please no hugs or handshakes (for now)
It is mandatory to wear a face mask for all clients and staff before entering. If you do not have a mask please tell me at time of booking and one will be provided for you for an additional fee of $2.00 (Your mask does not have to be medical grade)
Please remove your shoes as soon as you enter the studio. If you are unable to remove your shoes you will be asked to place disposable covers over them.
There is touch free hand sanitizer inside the door, please use it when you enter. A hand washing station is also available.
There will be no linens in the studio, please dress accordingly.
Please keep conversation to a minimum, for both our safety. You are welcome to bring headphones and a podcast/playlist to listen to during your appointment.
Contactless payment is preferred. The debit machine will be disinfected after each use. If a receipt is required it will be emailed
A pre-screening form must be completed before you arrive. It will be emailed to you the day of your appointment, please make sure to watch for it.
Please be aware if you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled due to the importance of cleaning after every guest.
If you wish to purchase retail products it will be handed to you, please limit the items and places you touch.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who shows cold or flu-like symptoms.
I will be practicing proper safety and disinfecting procedures at all times.
All work surfaces, the bed, tools and any other accessories that are not disposable will be sanitized and disinfected in full before and after each client.
All common areas will be disinfected on a regular basis throughout the day.
I will be following the safety protocols under the guidance of the Provincial Health Officer and as they change I will be adjusting the safety measures accordingly. Any changes will be passed on to you the day before or of your appointment.
This is going to be different for all of us, but I know that we can get through it together.
